The services were very good
The rooms are amazing
Your gym and spa is very much equiped and sufficient
I had the most relaxing massage by Grace and you guys need to recognize that
Unfortunately your food is very shallow. You need to add more varieties!
Otherwise keep it up and keep improving

Nice place located in Elgon View. The staff is amazing and attentive. Although the pricing is a bit on the higher side it is well worth it. One issue i do have is with the food. It is expensive yet it is nothing special. The main reason to stah at Boma Inn is the rooms, hospitality and gym.

One of the best hotel experiences you can get. Very clean room, comfortable bed, dining experience, health club (gym, sauna and steam bath) and swimming pool. I have been to this hotel twice now, once on a business trip and again with my family for leisure. One thing I heard all my kids say once we checked in the hotel suite was "wow, wow, wow"! My family had a great Christmas surprise. I would stay again.

I stayed there for two nights and despite some poor service at the bar which was later sorted by the restaurant manager Geoffrey (we got complementary lunch) I would say the general hospitality in the hotel is amazing. It's a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Eldoret. The food is also great!!

Boma Inn can boast with their excellent service, friendly staff, and well kept facilities. I never experienced any problems, and staff were always willing to assist with even the smallest inquiries. I would definitely recommend Boma Inn when visiting Eldoret.

This hotel is world class. The fresh food and drinks are excellent. The Staff are very polite. I loved their weekend buffet lunch. They accept all modes of payment. The only hitch is the cold pool. I highly recommend

This hotel measures up to better hotels around the world. It is probably the best (and most expensive) in Eldoret. We found only few lapses that did hardly diminish our overall experience. Parking is available inside the gated compound.

Google Maps did not know the entrance and led us to the opposite side of the compound. Just look at the map and you will find the entrance.

The best hotel in Eldoret with a good course for helping and improving the living standards through The Red Cross Society.
They can do with additional direction signs to the hotel. Overall good and friendly staff, very comfortable beds, very good gym with friendly staff, and also not to forget the steam bath, sauna and jaccuzi
