There are few better places to go for a cup of coffee or a light meal in all of Kenya. Artcaffe plays a great mix of music that fades into the background as you enjoy their lovely Cappuccino cake.
The cocktails are devine. The food sadly is the same generic stuff you would get at any other branch of theirs.
The ambience however is nice
If you are the kind of person who loves some nice Jazz tunes playing at the background as you enjoy a nice dinner and have a great time with friends I would totally recommend this place. They do this every Thursday and you will never miss the place when you make your way to the junction because the fine music will be attraction hard to ignore. Even if you are not a lover of Jazz just try this place out you will never be disappointed!
The food was not so good.
I was a little disappointed, the milkshakes were fairly good though. The place is pretty n the service is lovely
Okay not my favourite of Artcaffe's. At times the music is too loud, it feels like a club. Some seats we worn out so not the best of ambience.
This is not a comment about service delivery, that's just average.
This is a complaint about one pertinent issue: Smoking in public places.
Why does Art Caffe allow this? Tolerating smoking in a poorly ventilated location is asinine. The lounge you provide wafts cigarette smoke back into the restaurant, and for these with serious intolerance to cigarette smoke, you can see where this complaint is coming from.
Common sense first, we can discuss the average service later.
Food flavour does not match its reputation and service is based on how you look. I get better service when I dressed up and recalcitrance when I'm dressed down.
Artcaffe is a Zionist-owned enterprise across all its outlets. When you make any purchase from them it supports the long-standing bloodshed, oppression and violent harrassment of Palestinians. You have a choice and a conscience. Use it to stop the abuse of Palestinians or lose your soul.
Comfort, taste, privacy, reasonable prices, kind staff
This is my favorite branch of the artcaffe restaurants. It has that romantic vibe going and sometimes I think on Thursdays they have a live band in the evening. The food is delicious but the portions though, they need to increase them.
This place is normally very nice and the service is always good but today we were quite disappointed. We came for a birthday party and had our own cake. So after we do the birthday things, the manager comes and asks for corkage Now this is ok if they'd told us earlier Now we're being told oh it's policy and we're like but you don't just spring this up on us street the fact! They had the cake in their fridge so this time 🙄🙄Then the service was just poor. We had to constantly ask for service, menus, clearing the table I dunno if it's the time of day or the day We came in past 8 PM! Lastly They had a stand up gig that just flopped a good one! Let's stick to the music please!
Although it gets so packed it's a great place for cocktails and the atmosphere is very chill, loved tge landscaping.
Although located within malls, like the ambience. Their smoothies are a must try.
Don't say and sell "fresh juice"if its "from the bottle " juice. Some products are really old, while overall salad can look alright, the lettuce can be dead and soggy or sauce can have poisoning taste. Some dishes better than the others. Coffee always good)
Love the food, especially their sandwiches. It's a great place to sit and read or work on your laptop a while.
Loved the pizza menu, happy hour cocktails are served perfectly, the waiters are quick on call; the outdoor patio couches need to be slightly raised for taller people and additional padding added; outdoor gas heaters no longer work and it gets cold in the evening; Thursday live band is awesome!
I enjoyed my brunch at Artcaffe . The food was really good but the service was slow. Had to wait for the waiters to stop chatting with each other. But overall a good experience.
Outdoor seating feels more comfortable than indoor seating. Excellent on days when the live band is playing.
One of my favorite Friday happy hour spots. Really like their outdoor space. Inside is equally nice and has a European feel to it
