A Nairobi institution bring run by the same family for 3+ generations. Started in Zanzibar in 1910 and later moved to Nairobi this site used to be in the CBD on Moi avenue. It was nice a couple of years ago to its current location on the 8th floor of a modern building in Westlands. The store is much diminished (in terms of selection) from its former self. Even as such, their prices are very reasonable and their staff are friendly. They stock artefacts made by artisans from around Kenya and Tanzania. Cash only. No credit cards accepted.
