Location is ideal and space advantage gives it a warm feel even when it's cold. The balcony attracts the nosey eater and outdoor feel to it. Food is quite nice and the persistence of the same menu choices makes it ideal for improvement over time. The coffee and bakery are also high in quality.. staff are pleasant which adds to the warmly feel of the restaurant..

A lovely place to bond with friends. They have expanded the terrace sitting space. Food is always fresh and delicious. Service can be slow at times.

Everything was perfect from the service to the coffee to the pastries and cakes. Even the toddler with us (who is a regular visitor during her Nairobi trips) was well looked after with a complimentary babyccino.
They now have fans from England!

I've always enjoyed the food and customer service at ArtCaffe in Village Market. It's usually pretty busy, but it's a nice atmosphere and they're always happy to move tables around to make things work for your group.

Its hard to go wrong with Artcaffe, and this location isn't any different. The quality is generally standard across the board at all their locations. Great location and ambiance, good food and great service

Really nice ambience with the indoor / outdoor setting. Service was efficient and food was good. Their shisha section is cutoff from the main restaurant and does seem somewhat isolated though.
