Spacious and baby friendly rooms. Mixed experience with food. Keg quality varied by day. Quite a distance from town centre so plan accordingly for activities outside the Hotel
The hotel is very beautiful tucked away in Tiwi which is approximately 30minutes from Diani. The staff were very helpful and professional and they also have a variety of dining options with different restaurants and bars inside the hotel. It has a beachfront with a very clean beach and you can also enjoy games like table tennis and pool. I liked foe place
Attended a couples retreat here of 100 couples. The facilities were big enough to accomodate us. There is a large enough swimming pool split into about 3 sections and plenty of activities: gym, water polo, zumba, beach volleyball and had entertainers with our dinner. Their service could do with a bit of training, especially when dealing with large numbers. Overall, we had a great time!
Amazing experience for me and my family. Best place yet at South coast. Customer service is great and the ambience will keep you coming for more
It's a very amazing place. Great service from check in point. Very friendly staff. Take a vacay people. You'll love it. The swimming pool though 😍😍😍
Amazing place. The food is brilliant, the beach breathtaking. Just remember to carry your sunscreen.
Information and some facilities are lacking if you choose to stay on any basis other than all inclusive. Pool staff are very helpful as was customer care staff. The bar access and service for half board is unhelpful in the extreme.
I loved the place, the rooms were cool, clean and well conditioned. The employees are friendly and helpful.. The food was great. We had an awesome experience..
The entertainment very good, reception very slow and confused not knowing how to welcome visitors. My team was big, allocation of rooms very poor. Staff good. Gym perfect but house keeping very poor. Overall not bad but needs improvement on food, house keeping and reception.
Excellent holiday getaway, a family and kids-friendly environment, with activities every evening by a very dedicated animation team and occasionally outsiders.
Staff are always helpful and the food is great, and sometimes excellent. It could feel a little repetitive for long stays. Amenities are a "standard" OK, but the swimming pool could be kept devoid of obvious debris such as floating leaves and the bottom kept cleaner.
I would personally recommend booking early to avoid the Christmas rush, and best value for money is to stay just before the peak season kicks in, circa 22/23 December, when the rates more than double.
The entertainment very good, reception very slow and confused not know until how to welcome visitors. My team was big, allocation of rooms very poor. Kenya staff good. Gym perfect but house keeping very poor. Overall not bad but needs improvement on food and reception.
Serene, beautiful and the beach is amazing. The expansive pool is awesome especially for kids. Rooms are spacious and the view of the pool and walkways greatthe place is cool to visit and unwind.
Amani Tiwi is a nice hotel, though small compared to most others along the southern coast, thus making it quaint. It's isolated from the long stretch of hotels in the south coast making it attractive for those who want a quiet and relaxing time. They have good food and friendly staff and access to a clean and private beach.
A true jewel in the wild!!.Beautiful and serene environment, heavenly peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city..Hospitable staff who made our stay so memorable, you guys made our honeymoon the best experience ever!!!! Timely organization of events and the quality of food is one to behold!!!Amani Tiwi Beach Resort, you guys rock!! Awesome facilities and clean swimming pools. I recommend you as the best resort to visit in the South Coast region. Thank you for all you did for my wife and Isee you next year 😃😃😃
This hotel has the best accommodation, food and beach access in south coast. Also their swimming pool and spa is wonderful

Nice hotel. The hotel is already older, therefore the rooms and bathrooms look used. However the room is clean. The food is good but nothing really special. If you have all inclusive you do not get anything to drink before eleven, expect at breakfast. However I would expect that they always provide at least water. The beach and the pool is very nice!
From Nigeria, schooled in Nairobi, decided take my family there to enjoy themselves. They didn't like the fact they were leaving 😂😂😂. It is just beautiful. Service is amazing, from the heart. Thank you Amani Tiwi.
Armani Tiwi is an all inclusive hotel. The rooms are modern and very comfortable especially if you have a little one accompanying you. The hotel has an amazing landscape with a pool covering majority of it. There is also an bar inside the pool on the north end of the pool and towards the south the pool is close to the private beach. The food is excellent serving a variety of cuisines and the guest are from all over the world. There is no access to night clubs when the sun goes down but not to worry, the hotel has in-house entertainment. The only con is that entertainment ends at 11pm.
The pool is just exquisite, clean beach, wonderful service and ambience!
Lovely place with great potential.there is room for improvement especially the restaurant customer care.
Hidden gem. It is a great resort on the Tiwi Beach that comes as a pleasant surprise; off the beaten path but awesome when you get there.
Very dirty rooms. Unpainted walls. Really run down place. But beautiful beach, swimming pool n very good food. I won't be going back.
Great relaxing place. Beautiful pool, decent clean food and great for kids.
