  The receptionist was great. The nurse and the doctor to. But the lab guy is the slowest. 🐌.

  Inexpensive, cursory, and at times slow. No appointment needed.
  
  Neither the triage nurse nor the doctor took much time to hear my symptoms, and they didn’t ask clarifying questions. If you have something complicated or chronic, or you’re unable to describe your condition with concision, you’re unlikely to be heard here.
  
  The receptionists aren’t exactly attentive, but they are courteous, competent, and reasonable.
  
  The main benefit of this clinic is that you can walk in and likely be seen within an hour. Some reviewers have complained about the clinic being slow. I went in twice, and in my experience, it depends on when you go. For my first visit was in the afternoon, the waiting room was sparse, and I spent maybe 30 minutes waiting in total. On my second visit, I came at ~9:15am. The waiting room was full, and, having walked back to the labs, I couldn’t find any staff. It seemed they were all late to work!
  
  Update: Lab fees are far more expensive than consultant fees, and the consultancy seemed simply directed me to the lab and pharmacy: no listening or feeling my gut, or asking questions. I’m starting to wonder if that’s part of their business model.

  Service can be really slow. I was here on a Sunday and it took 38 mins for me to be called for Triage and the vitals check. Then 10 mins to see the doctor and then 10 to get the medicine. All in all over an hour including the doctor. The reason I am rating them 3 is they were nice when I complained and actually made an effort to precipitate the process. They could improve with some personalised service as you sense an indifference in the service.

  This is a horrible place, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We brought my friend here who was in pain and we kept getting sent up and down. They also had a suggestion box that was not working. So my friend wrote his complaint on a piece of paper

  Very poor service experienced today. I went to the clinic at 10.30 am on 12.06.2017 and got very pathetic service. There were few patients yet the front office staff were extremely slow. I managed to see a doc after an hour or so then was sent to the lab snd was told the results will be ready in 30 min. By 3pm, nobody was giving me feedback. The lab had no staff. I asked the pharmacy by the gentleman there told me he could not help coz its not his docket. The front office staff appeared not bothered when i told them i had been there for 5 hours. Since i had paid all over my body, i went to a pharmacy on ground floor and bought pain killers! Yet i was in a hospital. What a shame! I went home without the results after paying consultation and lab charges. Horrible place to be. The staff goes gor lunch leaving the reception with no one yet patients are waiting.
  Not a place to visit. I left at 3pm still without the results/medication.
  
  I later went back for my lab results and saw the doctor after 3.30pm and got the prescription. When i went to the Pharmacy, i was told the Pharmacist was away and was requested to wait until he comes back. I just decided to leave and purchase the drugs elsewhere. May God help the staff there to get serious with their work! Hope they were not on a go slow!
