Conveniently situated in the heart of Kilimani, Nairobi. It's a well designed mall with amenities such as restaurants, pharmacy shops, drycleaners, a supermarket etc. I however rate it 4-Stars for two reasons: when it gets busy, the parking spaces become hard to get and it's two elevators become overwhelmed by the traffic.

The service at Big Square was surprisingly very poor. I've been here before. My phone is on a counter of how long it takes before I get served.
Considering I made the long trip just to have the ribs. Not my finest experiences here. The toilets are also on the Mezzanine and the restaurant is downstairs Thumbs👇 !
    Great meal as always.

A very serene place to host a small classy event. There's a coffee shop within. The hallways may confuse you though.

Very nice. Nicely stoked and clean outlet. Particularly impressed by chandarana and restaurant ground floor. Poor service at 1st floor bar restaurant

A multipurpose commercial building. Good shopping location. Shops of all sorts including restaurants, bars and grocery store.

Very well spaced mall with a great food court.
Backyardshoez shop on 1st floor is a must visit. Great bargains.

Parking is little tricky but it's not too crowded, so you can shop with ease. There's a good number of stores and some very good restaurants to eat. I personally recommend News Cafe: it's quite ambient.

The shopping mall is not great, there is couple of shops on the first floor ( clothes, dry cleaning, hair dresser and some more) on the ground floor there is big square on the left, and the supermarket Chandarana on the right (that I recommend), also some bank and coffee shop (BROOD) like in the middle of the place. The building itself is nice though and I believe there some apartments and business offices on the uppers floors.

The parking meters are conveniently programmed to rob you. I paid 250 kshs for a two hour stay. The meter attendant was not apologetic about it and brushed me off. Too bad for them, there are enough restaurants elsewhere

This is close to where I stay in Nairobi. It has eateries and a super supermarket and most of the amenities one may need though it is not a big place. There is ample parking in the basement.

Two lifts that are very slow. They even stop at mezzanine although there is escalator to mezzanine. Only one pay parking machine on B1 and if you are parked at B2 you will still have to stop at B1. Not easy with slow lifts and if you have full trolley. Great shopping at Chandarana (food plus).

Great food options and a wonderful supermarket with everything local and imported. Parking is available and free for short stays. Not as crowded as other mals so peaceful shopping 🛍 and lunch is possible.

The guards are firm, friendly and efficient.
There's a good variety of well stocked shops.
They lose 1 star because there's only one (1) pay point for parking. Management should consider having 1-2 additional pay points considering the traffic.

The queues move relatively fast in the supermarket. There's plenty of parking. There are eateries and restaurants. It's a one stop shop depending on what you need. I am yet to be disappointed.

Ad life. Places I visit here include News cafe, very trendy and modern. Great food and drinks. A bit pricey, nice music and ambience. Chandarana. .free parking makes this store a must go to for groceries shopping. It a bigger store than the Chandarana at Yaya and more spacious and comfortable to walk through the Isles.

I liked that there were a variety of places to eat: Big Square, News Cafe. Pricey though so one needs to prepare financially. The Chandarana Supermarket was quite small though and given the number of customers, one had to stand in the queue for a while

The mall is small and convenient. It is located on a road that has two other malls on both ends. However the restaurants here are much better in my opinion.

Went for dinner and for once it was not full. The music was chilled and ambience was awesome. I had cheese, bacon Burger with fries and milkshake. The burger was so delicious, I ate to my full. The prices are reasonable and the quantity is great. I'm definitely coming back to try other stuff on the menu
