If you want comfortable clean rooms and excellent service, then you should book a room at the ACK Guest House. It is within walking distance of Uhuru Park and the city centre. Prices are very reasonable--especially for the location.

Handy location, wonderful staff who love to help you. It has warm, friendly atmosphere. Beds are comfortable and sheets changed often. Would stay here again.

Extremely disappointed.! After personally making a booking for my elderly dad with medical challenge he was given a substandard room with no TV !

Not too keen.
Food needs a better preparation. There is now wow factor to the food.
They have tried with the expansion and renovation, makes the place look a bit better.
Parking wasn't given a priority, though there is a parking silo next but with no gate directly into the guest house.response / report this review -

Nice and relatively clean hotel. Beds were nice, comfortable and had clean linens and mosquito nets without holes. Shower and toilet worked, but were a little worn down.
Breakfast was quite plain and a little disappointing.
Staff was friendly, but not very fast and they didn't seem very happy.
