  Fabulous small coffee/tea tatami place. Peaceful as well as delicious. Go there for breakfast while doing the philosophical path

  The cafe is a bit overrated in my opinion. The first time I went there was a long wait. Overlooking the well maintained Japanese garden is ok but it might feel strange to sit directly on the tatami floor along with a bunch of other customers. Second time around I just stopped by for the store. Yojiya's cosmetic products are very famous and is a very popular choice for souvenirs. They are especially known for their blotting papers. The store here is quite small compared to the other larger stores around the city (go to the one in Gion if you want to see their entire collection of products).

  Kinda overrated the food/drinks are so so, staff are alright, we saw an enormous millipede inside the view is okay.

  Very trendy place with a nice atmosphere and great staff. Wasnt blown away by the green tea cheesecake but the match drinks were very good.
