Small room can be very stuffy and claustrophobic room was clean and the location is good. Great view over harbour.

Rooms are so small and not clean. The bathroom is sooooo small. The location is great, near the station. And good for your shopping and to have a night out.

Clean but very small room, hanging space for five or six garments but no storage for garments that don't need to be on hangers. Aircon good, refrigerator in room and free WiFi. Close to convention center and train station. Plenty of places to eat and drink so overall ok.

Small rooms, clean, handy for local shops and restaurants. Breakfast below average for western standards. Bathroom is small but good. Amazing views on east side of hotel. Staff are helpful, but struggle with English.
Our stay was trouble free and would stay again.

Decent hotel. Small by american standards, but sufficient. Smoking rooms are hit or miss on how bad the smell is. Breakfast is very good with ample choices. Bed is stiff and can be uncomfortable if you're not used to that. Staff is friendly and speaks enough english to understand.

I did not like this hotel. It might have been because I got a smoking room (they had no others). But I was on the 14th floor and could still here the crosswalk from my room

Functional place, room is small, but nice view. There was a planned electrical maintenance on the day we left, and there will be no electricity from 9pm to 7am the next day.

while a budget hotel, it was very comfortable, its location is outstanding, and the price is very competitive. there are a multitude of shops and places to eat on the lower floors of the tower, and the train is literally across the street. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
