  Pretty nice hotel in Hakone. Service can be slow and forgetful. The onsen is good but not great.

  Location is excellent, staffs are nice, room is fantastic, their fireplace snack time is another great charm. Onzen is the must!

  Came here for dinner after all the other restaurants in the area were closed, and I really enjoyed it. The food is really expensive, but the steak I had was the best of my life. It's not the kind of place I'd expect to return to, but it was good while it lasted, even though my wallet is still hurting from the cost.

  Cosy resort with onsen and welcoming staff. The rooms are quite spacious and have fabulous mountain view. They serve full rich breakfast buffet and excellent complimentary happy hour drinks. The shuttle services to and from the hotel is very useful.

  Beautiful rooms overlooking the mountains. Front desk staff was very helpful with setting up shuttle transportation and suggesting things to do. Happy hour was very relaxing, as was the onsen.

  The living room cafe downstairs served the best burger I've had in a long time. Lounge is lovely and very cozy.
