This is a good and large electronics/homeware store, with friendly and helpful service, that can usually bridge the English/Japanese language divide. While the sheer variety of stock may not match its obvious Osakan competitor, this is easily the best store of its kind in Kobe, and is by no means a bad choice for those needing particularly homeware.

If you are new to Japan and want to buy electronic stuff. Yamada denki is the best place to find your stuff. You can get almost everything over here in very good price.

This store has a wide range of electronics, and they have good after sale service. I once had issues with a Dell computer I bought there, and they replaced it without any real hassle - they just inspected it, then offered to either replace it or give me my money back.

Massive store located in the Sannomiya Center Gai which could be used as a one-stop shop for all electronics shopping. Staff is friendly and so helpful.

This is very convenient shop for me, and their selling goods are covering everything of 3C. Tax Free for foreign passport.
