  室内が全体的に暗い。照明も暗く、エアコンはフィルター清掃をした方が良さそうだった。

  The first time I went to this hotel, it was a bit difficult communicating since the staff do not speak English. However it is pretty straight forward -- you press the button of the room that you want, you pick up the room number card, grab a complimentary drink, and head up. The price is by hour, unless you are staying overnight (9pm-11am I believe). The rooms are nice, with a toilet and bath, toiletries, microwave, Wi-Fi, and free "movies". Compared to the other hotels in the area, this one involves a little more face-to-face interaction, has relatively smaller rooms, but is reasonably priced. This is one of the few that actually has Wi-Fi though, which is a huge plus!!
