  大阪の老舗乾物店「山長商店」が運営するうどん屋。関西風の汁の出汁を楽しむうどんであり、讃岐うどんのように麺のコシを楽しむうどんではないです。なので讃岐うどん系のコシは期待してはいけません。古川に面した解放感のある広い窓とやや薄暗い照明にBGMにJAZZを流すお洒落な演出からか客層の7割位は女性が占める。うどんの麺は太麺と細麺が選べます。また麺の大盛り無料で結構量もあるので食い過ぎに注意。

  夜遅くまで開いているのが助かります。おすすめは、メニューの花丸印を参考に。喫煙可。ランチ11:30～16:00（L.O.15:30）、ディナー17:00～翌朝04:30（L.O.04:00）定休日：無休（年末年始を除く）

  女の人一人でも気兼ねなく行ける、美味しいうどん屋さん。カレーうどん頼むと、ちゃんと紙エプロンをもらえるので、白い服でも安心。

  平均価格帯800〜900円ぐらい。お昼は炊き込みご飯が1杯無料で付いてきます（2杯目以降は150円でした）。うどんもダシも美味しい。
