Beautiful & quaint udon restaurant. The zen gardens and calm atmosphere somehow makes the food taste all that much better. Lunch time prices start from ¥500~. Sets from ¥1200~. Pretty large portions (set menu).

You need to try this udon restaurant that is famous to local Japanese. The environment there is perfect. There are various types of udon sets you can try and don't forget the tempura that is yummy too. But to go there you need to drive you car uphill along a small road but it worth the effort.

Best udon on the planet! I'm not a fan of udon, so it takes a lot to impress me. This udon is slightly chewy but not too much, slightly soft but not soggy, and it has the best condiments combination - some crushed ginger, lots of green onions, sesame seeds, and crushed radish, which you can mix in portions of your choice for the best taste that you like. 5 stars!!!

My experience here was impressive. While on a business trip, my boss took me here to try the famous udon in Shikoku. Loved it, especially at the different types of mustards.
