This shop has a lot of items on stock even the hard to find ones. My only problem with this store is their no photo taking policy. A friend asked me to buy a Jlc Moonphase and when they didnt have it I politely asked the male clerk if I can take a photo of their Jlc dress watches so my friend can choose. Imagine a clerk telling you to just send to my friend the model numbers via viber instead of a photo. And for my friend to google the model number and see if he likes the photo of the watch. What a waste of time and effort.

I got a piece that I have an eye on for a while. checking their website almost everyday. I finally got to visit today. Only one piece I asked to try out then I asked if I can take a photo of it on my wrist. Staff said that I cannot take photo. Ok..
Ended up buying the same piece from another shop with even a cheaper price.
Recommend to visit other shops in the area instead.response / report this review -

Mixed reviews since I got attended to by two different people but generally they would be more attentive to those prospective high end buyers than the entry level watch buyer. They also have a different price for credit card payments, which would surprise and would make you feel deceived! Save your time and money and look elsewhere if you’re an entry level hunter. Why would you buy here for high end pieces if there’s Jack Road nearby with better selections and service for any kind of customer.

This was my first time ordering a watch from overseas, and the experience and customer service was outstanding! Communication was timely and information was helpful as I had many questions regarding the watch itself, shipping, customs, taxes etc. The watch came sooner than expected and was packaged very well! Very happy with my purchase and experience with TWC and will be doing more business with them in the future!

Service is not that great as many reviewers commented. I was served by a male shop assistant and he looks uninterested to entertain to my needs to try on a few watches. When I made up my mind to purchase an unit, his attitude changed completely and treated me much more better.
Look elsewhere if you want to get better customer service. I went on to make my purchase as I did not have the time go check out other retailers nearby since it was my last day in Japan.response / report this review
