  Don’t go if you’re with your foreign friends. The staff (probably owner) called us names (“gaijin”, a derogatory term towards foreigners in general) right before we left.

  Barely any English is spoken here. No English menus. Good thing that you'll have plenty of sake to help with your communication skills. Just say "Ginjo" or "Daiginjo" and you'll be fine.

  The food and sake is great! Standing room only, and a little bit away from the main streets but definitely worth making time for. There is at least one English speaking bartender.
