Had a very nice stay here. Nothing to complain. Staff is friendly and helpful, room was really comfortable, and it offers a real Onsen bath. Place in the middle between the train station and the castle, with tram and bus stations basically in front of the hotel.

I booked this hotel for my parents visit, and checked the service before their arrival. The rooms are clean and the service is good. They lead me to visit the rooms even it is not the service time. Also, they said there's one stuff who can speak Chinese, which is good for my parents who know Chinese only.

Shouldve remembered from our last trip that the rooms are tiny and expensive albeit modern. Beds, pillows are terrible. Also we got lucky this time and they put us in the noisiest room next to the elevator motor (L9 inner rooms) without warning. Will not recommend or use this chain again.
