ビジネスホテルです。なので部屋はかなり狭いです。
朝食はブッフェタイプでなく、和定食のみなので選べません。
１階フロントフロアに電子レンジ、コインランドリーがあります。

The AC was under maintenance during our stay, and we had to stay without any cooling. It was summer and it was really hot, and all we could do is just to open the window to improve the air circulation. They gave us notice only four days before we checked in, and all hotels were fully booked in the same area. We emailed back and asked for alternative arrangements but didn’t receive any reply. The staff was polite and they apologised for such bad arrangement, but we paid 100% room charge and you probably wouldn’t be very pleased if you were in my place.

県庁前ということもあって出張での利用者が多いようです、駐車場が場所柄少し窮屈ですがどこに移動するも便利な立地です。

現在熊本の震災による外壁塗装工事の為、外に足場を組んでおり窓とカーテンを開けることができません。
それは時限的な問題なので良いとして、禁煙タイプの部屋が空いていなかったので喫煙タイプの部屋で妥協したのですが、喫煙所を超えるタバコ臭さで目と喉が痛くなりギブアップ！
きっと喫煙者でもあの部屋は無理でしょう…
幸い禁煙タイプの部屋が空いていたとのことで振替えていただきましたが、外壁だけではなく室内の改装も必要なホテルです。

官公庁関係者ならば、最適の立地。繁華街からは離れていますが、近場に気の利いた食事場所も無くはないので、なんとかなるかと。

スタッフの対応は、とても素晴らしいのですが、
立地に難有りですね。
出張で利用しましたが、公共交通機関からは距離があるので、下調べ無しだと少々困るかも知れませんね。
