I did not stay in the hotel but I did use the spa. There's multiple saunas and a variety of different kinds of unique baths. The ticket purchase and check out system is unnecessarily complicated.
Interesting place to visit and was a relaxing way to spend the day. The entrance ticket was pretty affordable and I loved the food area with restaurants. The yakitori was superb! Would love to come back.
This place is an absolute experience.
There are baths styled after cultures from all around the world. There are tons of other facilities, including restaurants, an arcade area, and souvenirs. The people in the massage area were extremely nice to us.
One thing I will say is that the facility is pretty difficult to navigate. Even speaking Japanese, we did the wrong thing a couple of times. Entrance is also pricey.
It's a great place to stay and relax! It offers various amenities that you can enjoy and relieved your stress from travelling!
The place had no guidance in English on how to proceed after entry. Staff was very unkind when requested guidance. Even though the photo of what I need, and its price, was right there on the counter so asked. He simply replied "oh its inside there" went in can't find anything.completely utterly useless and unhelpful. I walked in and 20mins or wondering around, I walked out.
Best use of 1200 yen ever. Had an amazing experience in the European floors. Note that tattoos will not be allowed and the bathing is 100% nude (no option).
The bath is just wow. Big and comfortable. A of theme to choose from. Offer massage service at marginal price.
And you gotta be nude to go in.
I’ve been here 3 times, and always have a good time. Price was 1200yen per adult.
Entrance Staff speak English. Really enjoyed the Europe zone’s outdoor waterfall, and all the hot pools in general.
A must visit when in Osaka!
Loved it. Don't hesitate to visit. I was a little apprehensive about bathing nude and the process, but once I was in, it was easy. So relaxing. Nothing compares to it. I visited at around 8pm - it was fairly quiet.
Best thing ever. Our hotel has really small public baths, but spa world is right across the street. It has 8 floors! All different services and bathing options. Separate baths for men and women. They have much bath and enzyme baths too. My skin was shining the second day :)
It may sound like a joke, but this is one of my top 3, most liked places I visited in Japan!!! Highly recommend.
Only 1300yen for admission too! So worth it
The must visit place ! There are dope hot springs and spa. What's more, the price is really decent. I enjoy my time here. So comfy !
Has a good water park, but it can be overly crowded on the weekends. The spa (sento) is really where this place shines. I highly recommend it if you are not shy or have tatoos.
I came multiple times over my trip to enjoy the onsen. It's pretty great to have multiple baths to choose from. I also took advantage of the food services (highly recommend the ice cream) and massage services. All-in-all, a really relaxing way to spend a day (or two) if you're looking for some relaxation
It was absolutely packed.
The 8th floor is a mixed area for swimming but it was so crowded that you couldn't actually move.
The slides had a waiting time of over 1 hour each and the rubber ring ride had no supervision so everyone just kept joining making it more crowded than the last train home from Tokyo.
The onsen and spa places were also stupidly busy and crowded.
This place should exercise some kind of limit on the amount of people that they let in, completely ruined the experience for me.
I left after literally 10-15 minutes.
Lmao this place is a joke!! You won't get a customer support just because you are foreigner, they will tell you that pool is closed even if it's open, they will not let you use the shark attraction in the pool just because, lost easiest 4000 yen in my life!!! I have no tattoo nothing, spend 30 min and 4000 yen for nothing!!
Spa World is 1200 yen on weekdays. If you have a few days in Osaka, it's worth a visit. The different themed spa rooms are lovely and a great place to relax for a couple hours.
A huge onsen, with many different spas like a carbonated spa, a sake spa, sauna rooms, a foot spa and others. Also includes bathing areas complete with toiletries, and hair care and face care products in the area where you dry off and exit. Excellent and relaxing place.
Nice onsen with great Europe theme level. They alternate days for men and women to use different levels. So when I went I couldn't use the Asian theme. The top level is shared so everyone can play on the slides.
Amazing best 1200¥ spent so far. They had so many pools, sauna, and baths. Different themesetc
Just like ordering fast food in Japan, you also buy the ticket from a machine. This 24/7 huge spa also provides acommodation for those who wish to spend the night. The name spa world comes from the sections of the relaxation areas inside. It has a Bali section which is basically a jacuzzi. My favorite is the salt bath. A unique experience that I think is recommendable.
