  The hotel facility is awesome. Place is nice and neat. Only problem is that the staff does not speak English.

  Had a great experience. Staff was kind and the rooms were really nice. Food was awesome too! Only negative thing was that my room had a really dirty window compared to my friends' rooms. Kind of ruined the view a little bit but was fine.

  差差差!
  We booked for a seaview room! Seaview room is a room facing trees?.. where is the sea?
  
  We went down and asked for changing our room, and the staff just kept repeating the same words! We even met the manager finally, he was impolite, rude and unhelpful, he just mentioned the words "no change"! We paid for more than 52,000 yen for 1 night, but we had to stay in this poor room. The manager also said the room was facing the OCEAN, not the city. However, we did check the floor map before we left and actually all the rooms are facing the same direction.. we will never come here again.

  Shiraraso Grand Hotel is located beside a beautiful beach overlooking the massive Pacific ocean. My most enjoyable moment definitely the hot spring with great view and outstanding hot tubs. Room is very clean and tidy with comfy bed. Customer service is great which most of the staff could speak decent english

  Traditional Japan style hotel, a bit old but excellent services.
  However, they don't even speak in English, although they love to help.
