To be given three stars is not because the hotel is bad.Certain parts of the hotel were under renovation.Onsen is good but need to walk a certain distance (probably due to the upgrading of the facilities) The seafood restuarant next to it, which is operated by the hotel is very good.This hotel will probably be given a 4 or 5 stars rating once renovation is done with all the facilities up and going

This was a nice resort hotel. The rooms were large and well equipped, and they had a great view. The location was great we were able to walk to multiple nearby attractions with no issue. The onsen was comfortable and had a nice view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was quite tasty.

大浴場のタイルが剥がれていて危ない。お湯の温度もぬるめです。
梅樽で出来た露天風呂のお湯もぬるめで故障の箇所も目立ち冬場には適していない。
お湯の温度の管理を徹底して欲しい。
部屋は、広めのツインでしたがカーペットのゴミが目立った。又、客室内のお風呂のお湯の温度がぬるくて入れなかった。建物も老朽化がすすみ、綺麗とは言いがたい。
食事は、美味しいが、お肉やお造りやお寿司は小皿に取り分けられているので好きな食べ物が好きなだけたべれないのは残念です。
夕食時は、時間分けされているが、朝食時は、時間分けされていないので長蛇の列が出来るので考えて欲しい。

Enjoy the sea view outdoor hot spring here, excellent view and good service. Would be perfect if they can renew the facilities as it looks old and rusty.
