  四国八十八箇所霊場第八十八番札所。2016年は60年に1度の丙申（ひのえさる：遍路発祥と同年）でご利益が倍になる。かつ閏年で3倍・逆打ち（倒回り）で倍、ご利益の合計5倍となるお遍路絶好機！順打ち結願の札所が今年は大盛況。（閲読注意：オカルト）死者の年齢数だけ遍路を逆打ちすると、結界が解け黄泉の国が死者が蘇る。例：死国。
