  自転車の練習にうってつけ。貸出1時間大人300円、小人200円で延長は30分ごとに各200円/100円。ヘルメットなどは持参で(￣^￣)ゞ でも充実した遊具の誘惑に耐えられずせっかく借りた自転車放りだして遊び出すことも覚悟にて。

  効率よく公園内を歩いたり走ったり出来るよう、キロ数に応じて色分けした目安があるのが嬉しい。日差しが強く暑い日でも、大きな木々が影を作り、気持ち良い環境の中で身体を動かすことが出来る。プール、ジム、シャワーもある。

  土日は午後早い時間で駐車場は混みます。お弁当持って午前中から行くのがおすすめ。
