A great hotel for a brief stay. The rooms are small, which isn't a problem unless you have a lot of oversized luggage. Otherwise, it's perfect. I wish they offered twin beds for solo travelers though. Bathrooms were clean with nice complementary items. Onsen is offered if you desire. For trips to the airport, a shuttle bus is available for free at various times. Just outside the location is a convenience store for food, and two major metro hubs are within walking distance.

Hotel is next to the train strain just one station from Narita airport. Nice room, free public bath, drink vending machine on each floor. Lawson also available on the ground floor. Hotel provides free bus to the airport started from 5:25 PM.

Very convenient hotel in Narita, next to the keisei line(first stop from the airport) and short walk to JR line. The hotel rooms are quite small, but it's a pretty inexpensive hotel. Clean, good service, walking distance to restaurants, bars, sightseeing.

Awesome people! The room is great for couples too who don't mind a tight space. Close to the train station and easy check out. I will definitely come back.

Extremely convenient location in downtown Narita (not Tokyo). Steps away from both train stations, plenty of delicious food options including a number of 24/7 places. Grocery store and more also located nearby. There are shuttles for the airport at selected times of the day, but if they aren't convenient it's only a short ride on the train to the airport. The rooms are clean and well insulated from the nearby train tracks. Definitely small by any international standards, but regular sized if you're Japanese. Staff is accommodating and nice enough. Large shared bath is a cool addition for those who want a sentou experience. For the price paid, I'm happy.

Flight got canceled so I had to get something quick. They were like 9000yen. Facility is good staff did speak English. Small rooms good for 1 or 2 people max.

Tiny but clean rooms, efficient staff and within walking distance of the train station from the airport. It's not much more than just a good night's sleep after flying into Narita but it is sufficient. However, Toshio Motoya, the CEO of the APA hotel chain, is an unapologetic denier of Japanese war crimes but also (as an added bonus to his character) a blatant anti-Semite, so I won't ever stay at one of their hotels again and would recommend others to do the same to avoid them.

The hotel was clean and the front desk spoke English. The double bed room was quite small for an American couple. Perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The aorpprt shuttle runs about every hour.

The rooms are really small but perfect for guests who just need the basics. Their is shuttle service tk the airport that is free.
