Great view of Biwako and 長濱城天守 , onsen very good with both indoor and outdoor onsen.
Interior style is a bit old fashion but overall neat.
Would have rated 4 star, One star deducted for carpark will cease to be free in 2018response / report this review -

Although facility is old, morning buffet is crowded, the service is excellent. My colleagues they are vegetarian travel agent didn't make meal reservation for them however while they noticed the situation they replaced salads instead of chicken and fish for them, it is very kind of them.

This place is very comfort resort hotel, there is nice Onsen, Biwa Lake view, souvernir shops, etc.

Big room with little bathroom which are very Clean and tidy. Hotel has hot spring baths (onsen). Not allowed to use if you have tattoos. Unable to get double beds. Very friendly staff
