もやしそば（420円）を食べました。ちょっと麺がのびてるような気もしましたが、値段を考えれば、とても満足できる味です。スープは昔ながらのタイプですが、あっさりとコッテリのバランスが秀逸でした。次はごはんものを食べてみたい。

ラーメン 400円。中太ストレート麺にチャーシュー、炒めたもやし、メンマ、コーン、ネギ。煮干しベースのあっさりスープ。どれも特別なものはないけれど、400円としては神クオリティ。約10年ぶりに食べたが、味に変わりはなかった。早大生心の味の一つと言っても過言ではない。

ラーメンは最初そのままもしくは胡椒のみで食べ、途中で酢とラー油を好みで追加すると良い。その日のスーポの出来によって酢とラー油の量を自在に調整できて一人前。
