Excellent course dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel. I had the pleasure of eating farm-to-table in Tokyo as the food was sourced from the chef's farm in Hokkaido. The tasting menu was well thought out and followed a lighter to heavier flavor progression. The staff was outstanding and extremely friendly. It was just the kids and I for dinner and the staff made sure the children's food came out quickly and the kids had their crayons and paper to keep them busy. They took the time to explain everything that came out and didn't rush us out as the dining room began to fill.
Overall an excellent dinner and I highly recommend if in the Tokyo station area.
The lunch course was a great experience and delicious. A little pricey, but well worth it. Would go there once a quarter.
Tried the Motif tasting menu for dinner. The ingredients were fresh, degree of saltiness or sweetness just right and the main course - pork shoulder - was grilled to perfection. Particular kudos goes to the vegetable dish which had an amazing mix of the right vegetables with shaved truffle. Good value for money at USD 90 per head.
Wonderful testing menu!
Really great afternoon tea. What it lacks in terms of view, it makes up for with the unlimited tea selections and refills. Mini wagyu burger was my favorite from the food set. Service top-notch.
The French fries here are amazing. And they make a great club sandwich. But its so quiet on new years eve. Nice atmosphere Great date place
