Very convenient to the shinkansen. Not far from city too! Nice compact rooms that r kept clean. Do take note free WiFi router can be gotten at the reception

Nice budget hotel. Ask for a wifi router for the room from reception. They kept our luggage prior to check in whilst we visited the town centre, and then they moved it to our rooms already, so nice!

Occidental bedrooms. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very polite as usual in Japan. There is a stop of the streetcar just in front of the hotel. You can go in the city center in less than 10 min but by walk it is also fun to discover the city. Then just in front of the hotel there is a bus stop to go to mount aso 🗻 😙 They give yukata clothing to stay in the room. No onsen.

新幹線の時はいつもお世話になっています。女性用フロアの自販機の品揃えとコインランドリーが嬉しい。駅の側なのでノーメイクでコンビニに行かずとも何とかなるのは地味にありがたいです。

空調設備に難がある、そろそろ更新の時期だと推察されるが、ホテル従業員の理解度が低い。来年の夏はエアコンが完全に壊れること確定でしょうか…

そしてフロント等関係者のもてなしの意識がかなり低いと思われる。仕事と趣味の関係で多くのビジネスホテルにお世話になるが、例えばスーパーホテルが100とするとこのホテルは30でしょうか。

30にした理由は人気がないため当日の急な宿泊でも対応してくれそうな側面がありますから、その分評価を高くしました。

観光で楽しく旅をされたいなら、立地も相応しくないので好んで選ばないほうがよいと判断します。部屋の使い勝手も相当悪いですよ。

急に泊まりの出張が決まったビジネスマンなら充分満足できるでしょう。

Nice clean hotel with large rooms (by Japan standards). Next to JR station obviously. Need to take tram to city center.

It's closed to the station, room was nice and quite comfortable for Japanese standards, it offers three kinds of breakfast (one western, two Japanese style). Staff speak English.
