  Central position, very friendly staff and good rooms. The Wi-Fi is a bit iffy to say the least. Overall very satisfactory.

  Room is quite spacious, clean and the hotel is situated within walking distance to Nara Park. Guests can help themselves to the coffee vending machine in the lobby. Staffs are helpful too

  The bed was not very pleasant, I had one of my worst sleeping nights on vacation so far. The AC was likewise the worst of any hotel so far in Japan. (In these hot summers why are you capping the temperature?) The big pro is how close to Nara Park it is.

  Super centrally located and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you want to be able to walk everywhere in Nara this is a good hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small though.

  Great service and wonderful staff. We stayed here for two nights and it's a short walk from the station with a convenient store just down the road. Reception is 24/7 with both Japanese and English speaking staff. They are very friendly and helpful - willing to point you into the right direction for tourism activities. Included are things like toothbrush, toothpaste, brush, soap, shampoo and conditioner etc. There is also optional breakfast available. The lobby has a nice chill out zone with iPad and laptop hire available. It's next to a coffee machine where you can make hot chocolate, tea or coffee. There is also free WiFi avaliable for use. Great place, lovely service and close to facilities. Would happily stay there again.

  Facilities and staff are amazing. Free wifi and tea and coffee in the lobby is a very welcome addition. Location is great for temples and of course, Nara Park.
