  駅周辺のホテルの中では一番落ち着きが
  ある。フロントもエレベーターも混雑せず、
  待時間も極少。
  大容量の直営駐車場が直ぐ隣にある事も、
  車利用者にとっては大きな魅力。

  駅に隣接していて、とても便利。清潔で利用しやすい。8階のレストランや1階のランチ、2階のけいらんなど、よく利用します。従業員の応対やサービスも気持ちいい。徳島のホテルとしては利便性という点ではトップクラスだと思います。

  Not willing to work with their customers - service was rubbish as I was here on a business trip however forced to pay out of pocket for the stay since they would not give me an official invoice to present to my own company. First time encountering this.
