About what you would expect, except the rooms are super tiny if you get a single. I mean, very small. Make sure you understand what you are getting. A single in Japan means a 1 person room with a twin size bed. My girlfriend and I thought it was a single bed. Ended up working it out, but had to pay an additional 2,000 JPY for them to let us both stay in the single room. Also, the windows do not open and the building has control over the heat and cold air. This means that if they have the heat on and you turn on the AC you will get hot air. We visited in October and the heat was on and the room was a little more than warm. It was cool outside, but, like I said, couldn't open the windows.

Nice hotel, clercks are great and cooperative. Rooms are big and clean with a beautiful view of the city.

This hotel is above a mall across the street from omicho market and about 10 minutes walk from kanazawa station. Reception is on the 16th floor. Staff are friendly and check in was very efficient. Room size is above average and the beds were comfortable. Room was nice and clean. The main downsides are that there is a large step up to go into the bathroom and that the room temperature could not be controlled. During my stay it was way too hot for me.

The service was great! The employees were all so nice and accommodating. The rooms are nice. The location is easy to find. The hotel is pretty nice inside as well.

Very cheap hotel. No gym, they nickel and dime you with a mini bar, the beds were barely passable. The elevator is slow and annoying.

If you need a place to stay it's good enough, but certainly one of the poorer ihg hotels I've stayed at. The one thing I really liked is the location. It's pretty much in the heart of Kanazawa.
