  平湯館是一個真真正正的浸溫泉的好地方，共有兩個室內及室外溫泉區，早晚對換給男仕及女仕使用。特別讚的是露天溫泉，本人十分喜歡。當天正下著雪，雪花飄下來時的景緻就像一幅畫令人難忘！
  房間方面：本人住洋和式房間，房間寬敞，住得很舒適。
  飲食方面：在大堂有咖啡或茶可免費飲用都是自助形式，早餐及晚餐的日式料理亦很精緻啊！用餐時服務員都會先介紹每一道菜給我們認識。
  工作人員：很有禮及很細心。
  有日當我們正在晚餐時有隻野外狐狸走來餐廳㚈的落地玻璃望著我們。真的有趣。
  在這裡住了兩天，另我畢生難忘⋯⋯！

  この三連休の初日に息子と一泊させていただきました。スタッフの方々の素晴らしいお世話の仕方は日本の昔ながらの旅館の在り方でした。お風呂の湯量、露天風呂の広さ、夕食のメニュー、特に飛騨牛肉の炙り寿司🍣は最高😃⤴⤴でした。また行きたい温泉です。

  Had an amazing stay at Hirayukan! My family and I stayed for one night (7 people total). It was beautiful food was delicious, Onsen was incredibly relaxing and we left feeling refreshed and sad we couldn't stay longer.
  
  We had a minor hiccup with dinner where we thought it was an hour later (7pm instead of 6pm). This mightve been a language barrier issue but no one called to inform us our food was ready and when we finally checked we discovered the error. The kids meals looked to have been set out at 6pm and was cold by the time we arrived. Would have expected them to keep the food warm or remake the food so the kids didn't eat cold food.
  
  They didn't have an English speaking representative so we had to use my limited Japanese and hand gestures to communicate which wasn't really a problem but would have been nice to have a translator given the price we paid.
  
  Heads up to future guests, the onsens change daily, so women and men locations change. Save yourself the embarrassment and check with the front desk before going in.
  
  Overall, we were incredibly satisfied and feel the trip was worth every penny.
