Near from Kanda station. Good access place.nice and clean rooms. Towels also in good condition. Breakfast can choice with or without. Extra pillows available. Rooms are small but perfect for guests.

The hotel is close to Kanda station. Room is relatively spacious and clean. No breakfast provided but you can pay 990 yen to opt in. Hotel provides extra pillows too.

Small room in a poorly managed hotel. The experience was very disappointing due to the inability of the hotel staff to communicate clearly in English, they were unable to articulate the hotel policies which made both check-in and check-out very difficult. The room was small and the walls had lingering damage from prior visits. Sleeping was impeded due to the sounds of fornication that entered our room via the vents from distant rooms. When entering our room one night we witnessed a prostitute leaving the room next to ours confirming our suspicions of the sounds and furthering our disgust in the subpar quality of the overall hotel experience.

Got a single room for quite cheap. 65€ night. Great central location close to Kanda or subway. Great introduction to Japanese efficiency: all you need and more in 12sq m. Extremely clean and quiet for the time I was there. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for short stay.

No genkan, you have to leave you room key at reception every time you go out, and they didn't accept the first credit card (MasterCard, Revolut) we tried, even after stating that card in the booking beforehand.

Very interesting choice of pillows that a guest can select at the reception, in addition to the one that comes with the bed. I really enjoyed this option.
