  I have talked to David and a guy and both of them really seems to enjoy their job .I have been trying to buy a car from auction by bidding through a lot of companies and getcars.jp definitely ranks top on my list without a doubt .

  I have dealt with this company since 2012. They are very professional, courteous and very helpful. I have had nothing, but very good experience with them. They walked me through understanding the Japanese auctioning process, and how to use their user-friendly web portal. I have requested and promptly received details about potential purchases before bidding. I was able to make informed bids and have since purchased 5 personal vehicles (1Hiace, 2Ipsums, 2Fielders) though them. I will definitely use them again for any future purchase(s). I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car from Japan.

  Excellent company all around. I have used this company to purchase a number of cars now. I have been very pleased with all the cars both in terms of quality and price. GetCars went out of their way to purchase most of my cars through negotiation which saved me hundreds of thousands of yen. They are the only company that consistently does this which is why their service is unmatched in the industry. And the staff are very professional and go out of their way to provide the perfect buying experience by doing translations and requesting additional information from the auction if needed. They will even go to the auction and inspect a vehicle for you.

  Our company here at Finland has done now around 6 years B2B work with Get Cars Ltd and happy to say that no problems what so ever.
  Imported vehicles to us and our clients from Japan has been mostly older, special/classic cars for summer / hobby use.
  For us it is very important to keep our clients happy and help them to get "On the road" (With out major repairs) when hot summer starts after dark winter and Get Cars has been great partner on this process with their professional touch.

  I have always been in the motor trade selling vehicles in the UK After coming to GET CARS JAPAN for a personal import to use myself I brought in a Toyota Aristo V300 vertex edition, Mark, Paul & the team made sure I knew and understood the auction sheet, so I could feel save with what I was buying unseen
  
  The car arrived approximately 10 weeks later I was stunned with the condition, all the documents with the car and certificates were sent prior to arrival in a timely manner by tracked courier. I had so much interest in my newly imported Aristo and multiple offers to sell I thought to myself maybe if I sell this one I can do this regularly!
  
  thus a good relationship with get cars japan was born and since I've imported 70+ vehicles with them and can't say I've had a single issue
  Marks team have assisted me whenever I've needed them to go above and beyond sourcing rare parts for vehicles I couldn't find elsewhere in the UK
  
  I will continue to import from Get Cars Japan simply put they are professionals with years of experience, easy to communicate with and will look after you to ensure you're happy with your purchase
