  The Ryokan has three types of private onsen bathroom. It's baby family friendly. Baby amenities are available :-)
  Also food was buffet style and very good!

  This ryokan is absolutely amazing. The onsen is a great experience, the food was divine, and the staff are courteous and helpful. The staff member that checked me in and the waitress also spoke English so I was never lost as a foreigner. Highly recommended. Definitely the icing on my trip to Japan.

  Staff very nice though their English is limited. For regular rooms there are 3 public baths or onsens and each are different unique and all enjoyable.
  Onsens are all gorgeous quaint and lovely.
  Enjoyed the food tremendously.

  旅行会社勤めの息子の推しで、楽しみにしていたが。一言で言えば、ガッカリである。
  価格の割には、建物は古くて月光園の端の部屋に通されたが、掛け軸や電気まわりはカメムシだらけ。部屋の浴室は清掃出来ていなく。老舗の名にあぐらかな？とも言える始末。
  北海道、鶴雅グループに慣れているせいか比較にならない。
  建物が古いなりに、清潔感を大事にして欲しい。部屋に移動の最中も賄い部屋のあちこちが見える始末。廊下には、賄いのワゴンが角カドに有り美観を損ねている。
  有馬温泉を旅の最後に期待に胸を膨らませ……誠に残念で有る。　
  ただ、売店の職員のおもてなしには、心癒やされたのは、唯一の安らぎかな……と。
