  Great hotel with unbelievable views of Fukuyama Castle. Get an upper floor room (15th is great) castle view side. Another highlight is watching Shinkansen 700 express blast through the station later in the evening with the castle in the backdrop. This is a western-sized room with all of the Japanese amenities, including a bench to put your luggage on. Go for the buffet breakfast which is both Japanese and Western style, by far the best hotel breakfast ever. We had dinner at NARU.MI Motomachi which is a short walk from hotel, and took a bus to Tomonoura the next day. This hotel is well worth the money.
