Good andcomfortable. I especially like the amenities that this hotel for spa such as provision of towels, bath and hair shampoo which are good quality and friendliness of the staff. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable.

Stayed briefly on an empire like employee discount. Rooms were unsuitable for working due to the lack of a proper desk in both of the rooms I stayed in

The 4-star Beppu Bay Royal Hotel, as the name indicated, right by the Beppu Bay with beautiful ocean views. There is a lovely small wedding chapel right by the hotel pool. The chapel extend into the bay coast, with marble floor and an all glass front window for the view of the ocean.

Staffs in front desk are unkind and rude. As I ask something in English, they always say 'no' or some Japan word that I can't understand. They never have manners for foreigners.
