Terrible experience. The auction house shipped my item using the most expensive shipping service possible without my authorization, and it cost me nearly 200,000 JPY to have a small painting shipped. I asked, in writing, for 5 day economy shipment and they went with the most expensive overnight service without receiving any authorization from me and charged it to my FedEx account, leaving me absolutely no recourse. As of now, they have taken no responsibility for their actions and have not rectified the situation.

It was an impact when I happened to see a 30-40 width hanging shaft inserted into a large cardboard box in a “vertical direction” and carried on a handcart. The goods that were entrusted were treated like that It was a shock.

You say that it is the auction company with the highest sales in Japan, but it seems that you are more concerned with the number of exhibitions than the quality of the work compared to other companies in the same industry. The winning bid per point should have been quite low compared to other companies.
