    お客が多くて待ちはあるけど蕎麦も美味しいし、鴨汁セットは通常のおつゆもあるので二味楽しめます。葱がテーブルに運ばれます。胡麻もテーブルにあるのて薬味は十分です。

    なんと言ってもへぎそばだろう。江戸そばの感覚で食してもイマイチな印象しか得られないかも知れない。日本そばではあるけど麺もつゆも江戸そばとは違うので、一般に語られる「江戸そばの食べ方」は忘れるべき。麺をつゆにしっかり入れたっぷりからませるのが是。また食べに来たくなる味なので、駐車場に遠方のナンバープレートが少なくないのも頷ける。この地方特有の薬味のアサツキ球根は季節物。
