  『小嶋屋』といえば「へぎそば発祥の店」で十日町本店がある『小嶋屋総本店』が有名だけど、ここ『長岡小嶋屋』は言わば小嶋屋総本店の分家であり、現在は小嶋屋総本店とは別の株式会社長岡小嶋屋が運営しています。

  冷たいお蕎麦がメイン。あったかいのは食べてると伸びてきてふにゃふにゃしてくるので注意

  長岡に来たら小嶋屋のへぎそばを食わねば帰れない・・・そんなお店です。日本酒も八海山、久保田、吉乃川。ちゃんと揃ってます。
