Good location next to a JR station, about 20 minutes by train to Kyoto Station. Grocery store next door.

駅から近く、途中にファミマもあって便利です。少しエレベーターが到着するのが遅いですが、カードキーも新しい物で扱いやすいし部屋も綺麗なのですが、一つだけびっくりしたことが！
7階にある自販機コーナーとランドリーと喫煙所が狭い部屋に区切りなく同室でした。長期滞在で洗濯をしたい方も、ちゃんと周囲に気を遣うタイプの喫煙者も両方使いにくいと思います。他が良かっただけに本当にびっくりしました。長期滞在で洗濯をするとしたらそれだけで星一つに変わりかねないマイナスポイントだと思います。response / report this review -

I've stayed here 2 nights. This hotel is so close to the station that you can see it from the platform as you leave the train. Family mart is just next door. The hotel itself has English speaking staff, decent wifi, fridge, kettle, TV, heated bathroom mirror, laundromat, and more.
If you experience a problem with WiFi reception, just ask for a small room router/access point.response / report this review -

Clean hotel with standard sized rooms, breakfast isn't included but luckily there's a Family Mart right under it.
