接客、サービス精神、気配り、従業員のスマイルはほんと素晴らしいです❗特にモーニングは電車に乗ってでも食べに行きたいぐらい❗無料なのにクオリティ高い❗コーヒーもパンも卵もサラダもドレッシングもカスピ海ヨーグルトもめちゃくちゃ美味しい❗部屋も値段の割には広めで居心地良かったです❗

Great hotel that's right next to Seta train station. Aside from the train station, there are quite a few restaurants nearby that you can walk to, as well as a convenience store.
The staff speaks English and is very friendly and accommodating in regards to providing anything you need or restaurant recommendations. As of this trip, breakfast was free for hotel guests from 6:30am to 9am and is served buffet style in the lounge on floor 2. The coffee machine is also open at this time and then again later in the day starting around 3pm to 10pm.
The room was clean though there was a few scuffs here and there in an otherwise fine room. Rooms are freshened up everyday unless you put up the do not disturb sign.response / report this review -

因為京都的飯店實在太貴，所以退而求其次選擇了在大津瀨田的微笑飯店，因為是個小站，所以飯店價格便宜很多，但實際入住時對飯店的印象超好!
先是前台的服務人員，總是帶著微笑服務客人，知道我是外國人，解說時非常仔細且連動作都派上了，讓人覺得很安心又舒服。
房間的設計簡約且非常寬敞，非常乾淨且設備齊全。2F的餐廳提供免費咖啡到10點，還可外帶到房間喝。早上提供免費的早餐，多款麵包，配合馬鈴薯沙拉、優格與咖啡、果汁飲料，選擇不多，但非常好吃。

駅前で立地は最高。部屋はコンパクトな造りです。アジアからの旅行者が多いかな。周りにコンビニや食べる所が多いのですごく助かります

駅前すぐ。コンビニやベーカリー、レストラン（王将、ロッテリア）が近くにあり。最近改装したようで、外観よりも部屋はキレイめ。朝食サービスはあまり期待しない方がいいかも。あくまで軽食です。
