  結婚式の引き菓子を検討するため、お取り寄せしました。バターもしくはオイルでしょうか、とてもどっしりとした懐かしいかんじの焼き菓子でした。

  シュークリーム。カスタードクリームが美味しいです。濃密・・・っていうんでしょうか、何か堂々としてます。少し甘い気もしますが、それもまた良しかもです。
  イチゴのタルト。小粒の味のいいイチゴが6〜7個。甘さと自然な酸味のコンビって・・・凶器ですね。こちらも美味しかったです。

  スポンジがとても軽く、口にいれた瞬間あっという間になくなってしまいます。生クリームが他のお店と違う味わいで(洋酒入り？)、ショートケーキがとても美味しく、軽井沢町内で一番好きなお店です。ケーキ自体は小ぶりですが、お値段は350円くらいからでとても良心的です。

  ここのケーキであれば、旧軽井沢でも勝負できると思います。でも、ここにあるからこそ、落ち着いてケーキを選べるのでは。
