Chambres vétustes et sales. Contrastant avec une bonne restauration et des serveuses très sympathiques. Bain d'extérieur agréable. Vraiment dommage que les WC sentent mauvais, que les cousins soient si tachés A rénover et revoir le ménage Surtout à ce tarif.

冬季のみの「仙人風呂」が大好きです。
こちらのホテルは、歩いて５分ぐらいで
行けるし、部屋からも仙人風呂が見えます。
湯浴み着を貸して頂き、仙人風呂のすぐ
前にある、脱衣所で着替えができます。
お料理もおいしかったし、内風呂も
とてもよかったです。
仲居さんたちもフレンドリーでした。
夜は、満天の星が見ることができます。
卓球が有料でしたが、久しぶりにすると
とても楽しかったです。
いいお宿でした。

Literally a few minutes after checking in, I had to get rushed to a hospital for an unrelated medical emergency. The concierge was in the process of showing me my room when it happened and watched me get carried out on a stretcher. Since I was admitted to the hospital, I had to miss both of my reserved nights and requested a full or partial refund which management coldly refused.
I realize that travel insurance covers these contingencies, and that the hotel incurs opportunity costs of booking a room, and that my incident is pretty rare and unfortunate. However, I can only assume that their unflinching lack of sympathy translates into poor customer service overall. God forbid you experience any sort of unusual circumstance that requires flexibility from the hotel. They clearly just want your money.
I spent 5 minutes at this hotel and paid over $400.response / report this review -

目の前が川と山で川遊びが出来ます
フロントではサンダルとバッグと浴衣水着を貸してくれます
川から出たらホテル内の温泉に直行出来ます

日式房間整理的非常乾淨 ，一泊二食 ，餐點新鮮美味 ，住的非常舒服。最大的亮點是門前的野溪溫泉 ，溪水僅及小腿 ，清澈見底 ，還有無數的小魚 ，偶爾還有水鴨覓食 ，泡溫泉兼欣賞自然 ，十分愜意 ！
