富山ブラックラーメン！楽しみにしてましたが、こんなに味が濃いのか⁉️いゃ濃いのではなく、塩っぱ過ぎてスープなんて飲めたもんじゃない。
地元の人達はこのスープを飲み干すの？
塩分過多で血管ブチ切れでしょ‼︎

麺は好きな中太麺なんですけどね…

The ramen was so salty it was inedible. The broth itself was very salty and the chef added additional salt on top as part of the presentation. We thought there might have been some mistake in the kitchen but, not knowing the language, weren't sure how to send it back. My husband poured out half his broth and added two glasses of water just so he could get through his noodles. Worst ramen we've ever had.

This was probably the best ramen I've had in years. It's really salty though so not for everyone. But it's really tasty, and a local specialty. Super recommended!

味にばらつきあり。
私と友人のラーメンの味の濃さが違っていて、私のラーメンは塩辛すぎて食べれたものではなかった。
店員の態度が悪すぎ。
富山駅で他県からも多くのお客様が来られる場所。自覚が無さすぎると思いました。接客向いてないです。不愉快でした。

富山ブラックラーメンってこんなにしょっぱいのか。醤油と塩の分量を間違ったのかと思うレベル。水なしじゃ食べれない。

ストレートの太麺は食べ応えあり。
おかずとしてのラーメンという富山ブラックのコンセプトのためか味はかなり濃いめ。
薄味好みの人にはキツいかも。
店の人に頼んだら薄味にして貰えます。

I had the normal size soba with a mild based soup and it was amazing. For such a low price (750yen), the bowl was packed with meat. I even finished the noodles first before the meat. The original soup is apparently very salty so our server, an elderly man who could speak English, recommended the mild soup for me. If it does get too salty, you could get a raw egg for 60yen.
