スーパーホテルなのに大浴場がないのは残念だが、部屋の設備は良い。電源の口が至るところにあるので便利。

いつものごとくスーパーホテルクオリティで安心して宿泊できます。天然温泉があればなおよしですが問題なし。ここはバイキングが若干早めの開始でしょうか？早出でしたので助かりました。

Clean rooms, very much value for money, near to Kuwana Station (3 min walk), with a very delicious izakaya right across the road. You can choose your own pillows here according to your preference, and don't forget the free breakfast every morning!

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staffs all are very nice. Breakfast is free and so many choices. I highly recommend you stay in here if you pass by.

出張で平日に3泊で利用。
良い点 清潔、静か、朝食が無料バイキングでも美味い。ホテル外での飲食に困らない。
改善点 駐車場が予約制でホテルから少し歩くし、一方通行の踏切の側で出入りが面倒くさい。response / report this review -

長年の桑名での常宿です。
部屋も朝食も普通のスーパーホテルです。
点数が高いのは駅から３分、朝食にアサリのしぐれ煮が付く。フロントの女性は代わりますが大概好い人が多い事です。
飲み屋は少し歩くと色々なバージョンで多数あります。コンビニは駅から直行してホテルに回った方が時短。夜８時過ぎると簡単な夕食を食べられる店が近くに無いのが難点。response / report this review -

フロントが外国人だった慣れない日本語そして嘘の記載液晶タブレットで
書かないでハガキにかかされた何がエコファースト企業だケチなだけだろ

One of the best hotels I stayed in Japan. Staff were very pleasant, it was ultra clean, right by station for nagashima spaland too. The breakfast buffet was great quality food which seemed handmade rather than defrosted. Can't fault it honestly!
