  仲居さんの愛想が大変良く、嬉しくなりました。素泊まりですのでお食事の事は分かりません。温泉はまぁ普通かな。薔薇風呂の日でしたが茶色い汚らしいのがパラパラ浮いていたので無い方がマシでした。
  
  日によりますがフロント付近にいる人がお客の前で平気で関係の無いおしゃべりをしていたり、その辺りが気になりました。安くも無いホテルなのに…宝塚ホテルもそんな感じですから、土地柄ですか？

  担当して下さった女中さんがとても感じよく、またしっかりするところはしていてプロの挨拶、振る舞いに清々しさすら感じました。子どもの相手もしてくれて、子どもたちはすっかりファンになりました。おかげさまで部屋でのお食事はとても気分のよいものになりました。わが家で過去最高の女中さんでした。ありがとうございました！

  日帰りで利用させていただきました。温泉は、放流循環式。循環式なのでお風呂と言わせていただきますが、お風呂は最上階に有ります。館内は綺麗です。大きな錦鯉がいます。

  It is a really good experience in this hotel. Room is clean and fine. The service is excelent. And I never forget the way you say goodbye when we leave. We were touched by that. I will back to this hotel if having chance to Hyogo another time. Thanks.
