Chic apartment hotel, where you really feel comfortable stay.
Our apartment was 2 bedrooms equipped with free Wi-Fi, 2.5 bathroom, 3 TVs, full kitchen, washing machine, dining table, a store, huge balcony, underground parking and the list goes on….
The hotel apartments are located on the Abdali Boulevard which is one of the modernist area in Amman. Also next to the Abdali Mall in one end Amman Rotana Hotel.response / report this review -

Superb service at this hotel especially the Cafe Italia crewsvery friendly and they easily can remember your routine and being proactive on the floor with the guests.
This is my 5th visit in Amman and 3rd stay with Rotana At Boulevard Arjaan.
I simply can give all crews with 7 stars of service. My stays were in May, November (2017), and now from Jan 10-25,2018.

I've lived at the Arjaan for about 5 months and unfortunately my stay comes to an end tomorrow. The room was by far excellent. It was big and spacious. Room service was also very good as well as the waiting staff. My room was cleaned everyday and very sanitary. The housekeeper that personally tended to my room is a gentleman named Nader. I built somewhat of a friendship with the guy despite our language barrier. He paid attention on how I wanted the room cleaned and executed with precise detail. Him alone is the reason why I'm writing this good review. So go ahead and book a room. With the Boulevard close by and plenty of amenities to enjoy, you won't regret it.

Location is perfect and near to many services either during the day time or late night.
The hotel itself is clean and prepared well especially for families.
Price is a bit over. Reaching the hotel is a bit tricky and they have to inform the guest about the building number before the arrival. So I advise guests to call and ask before they arrive.
I stayed in Building one and four,but I liked the staff of building four. Check-in time need to be improved.
Room dining was good but it takes 45-55 min to prepare an order.
I recommend it for families who want to stay near to the city center.response / report this review -

Location is good, however the main entrance of the hotel is tricky to locate !!! No valet parking. The room size is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is very large. The room cleanliness was not perfect (damages to the furniture although the establishment is fairly new). The street noise can disturb your sleep. Overall a good deal if the price of the booking is reasonable!

Hotel was nice but expensive. The adjacent mall showed a Christmas setup within a highly secured environment. All staff was rather unexperienced.
