Excellent hotel to stay or even for conferences. Very friendly staff. Good security measures. Variety of restaurants offering delicious and tasty foods.
Very good and large halls equipped for wedding parties and different conferences and business forums. There a need to more control smoking areas.

Very good hotel with good priced. Located in heart of Amman walking distance from 3rd circle. Good service and good selection of restaurants. I personally enjoy the roof top lounge bar Ghoroob.

Best hotel we had in Jordan. Very clean and luxurious rooms. We've got a free upgrade to an executive room.

Among the best conferencing facility I have visited for a long time. Restaurant gets 6 STARS!!! The quality, choice and staff rarely seen in similar hotels. My top choice for a stay in Amman.

As a conference center, this hotel is unique for its capacity. The biggest problem is parking space. It's very scarce. Another less of a problem issue is the entrance and exit-the narrow path to the main road makes it difficult to navigate

This is the badest hotel I have seen in my life.
This hotel employees prevent me from going to the 13 floor restaurant because I have to dress casual, I am dressing my home land dress why you do not like it ? its my choice to dress what I like. Also the coffee shop in the ground floor not allowing me to enter because they ask casual dress. I pay for this hotel to service me not to tell me what I dress.

Great staff, great rooms and superb price considering all that you get. The hotel can get real busy at night as it turns into a focal point for party and good night life. The restaurants on site are very good and diversified. Ask for a room. Above the 10th floor as we're renovated recently.

I had a very bad experience at your restaurant today. I am a diamond card holder. The restaurant manager was quite rude, she was not friendly, and made us feel that ou business was not important to your establishment. Now I understand why your restaurant was empty. To top it off there was a stone (seed) in the dessert.

Restaurant and breakfast are very good. We were room upgraded and our room is modern and ample and very clear. The toilitories are very good too. The only downside is that the room window does not fit properly and noise cancellation is not great. We could hear cars outside the window that if was adjusted properly would have a better noise reduction.

This hotel is a wonderful place. The rooms are very spacious and offer modern amenities. The bathroom was very big too. Bed was comfortable and that was most welcome after a long travel.

The hotel has several restaurants and cafes with delicious food and a wide selection on their menu. Great value for money. Ideal location for business travellers and tourists.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are an asset to the hotel.

Looking forward to staying here again in the near future!
